WinSSUI.exe Application Error 0xc0000005

Help I cant open several of my programs including Windows One Care because I
get the above error.

Thought I'd add this detail which was in System Folder of Event Viewer.
Windows One Care is one of several programs affected and for some strange
reason I'm also not able to swich between users on my pc ( I have 2 User
Accts both with Admin rights and fast user switching is enabled) ...Any
Ideas????
