I'm getting Event ID 4224 on my WINS server. What are the ramifications if I
restart WINS to try to clear this up?

Rerstarting Wins probably won't clear this up, but should not have a huge
impact as long as you do it during a maintainence window.

After looking at some knowledgebase articles it looks like the only way to
recover from this is to restore an old WINS database. However, I don't have
such a thing. Is it safe to wipe it clean and start from scratch. All of our
clients should be using DNS anyways.
