WINS and odd registrations

I am attempting to troubleshoot some problems with my WINS server on the
network and noticed some, what appears to be, odd entries. Also, all of the
entries are owned by the NIC that is on a private lan for my iSCSI devices.

The names that seem troublesome are INET~SERVICES and IS~<ServerName>. Can
someone validate their purpose or lack of purpose in my WINS database. Also,
is there a way to change the owner for all records to the NIC that is on my
LAN?

Thanks for any support or direction!
