winprint

I have Win2000Prof ServPak4 machine. When I check my
printer properties, print processor shows as "Winprint".
When I use windows explorer and check the
folders "winnt\system32\spool\prtprocs\w32x86" there is
not a winprint file there. Should there be? If not what is
the name of the print processor file? Thanks!

no there should not.
winprint functionality is in localspl.dll

look in the registry and you will see
HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Print\Environments\Print
Processors\winprint
