can someone help me import a large text file into Access. Currently the text file is one big field and I want to arrange the data into columns.

Currently the file looks like this:

Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host Version 5.6

Server name ALBIRM3Y3FILE01
Printer name BIRLP005
Share name BIRLP005
Driver name Xerox Phaser 5500DN PS
Port name IP_10.243.74.115
Comment Xerox Phaser 5500
Location Birmingham, AL
Print processor WinPrint
Data type RAW
Parameters
Attributes 8776

Default priority 0
Average pages per minute 0
Printer status Idle

Want the data in columns, like this:

Server name ALBIRM3Y3FILE01Printer name BIRLP005Share name BIRLP005Driver name Xerox Phaser 5500DN PSServer name ALBIRM3Y3FILE01Printer name BIRCP004Share name BIRCP004Driver name Xerox ATT Phaser 7760GX PS

The data is in one column and about 50,000 rows and erratic number of spaces/blanks in between.

Thanks Gene.
