Winnet Popup Window

I am getting a popoup window with the title "Winnet" all the times. The content of the window is" Winnet has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniance. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous." The window gives two options: 1. Send an error report and 2. Don't send the error roprt

Of course I always choose "Send the Report". This problem comes many times a day. I need help. Thanks
