Winnet Error Report

I've used Windows XP on this computer for a couple
months. In the last couple days, I get a pop up window
stating that "Winnet" encountered a problem and wants to
send an error report to MicroSoft. This happens once
every few minutes.

Can you help with getting this stopped?

Winnet does not ship with Windows. You should run a spyware scanner.
