I have a machine 800MHz, 256MB RAM, 30 GIG HDD installed
with Windows XP Home. For some reason the process
winlogon.exe in cohurts with a svchost.exe are spiking my
processor to 100% constantly. Between the two processes
they each use 50% of the processor's capacity. When I end
task the svchost.exe the winlogon.exe process immediatley
utilizes the processor to it's fullest extent.
Can anyone offer any help towards an solution to this
problem? I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Tyler
