Every minute my PC freezes up for a second, and processor usuage jumps
to 30-40%. I'm trying to figure out whats causing this but the task
manager only shows the usuage, not whats actually using the processor
for that brief moment.
below is a screenshot taken while the PC was completely idle

How can i find out whats causing the spikes?
