IE redirection problem

I am having a redirection proiblem with an XP computer. If I type in an
address everything is fine, but if I search for something using google and
click a result it redirects me to another site. I have included the hijack
this log for the computer below

Thanks for looking at this, I can't believe that I missed the item running
form the temp folder. I appriciate the help.

This isn't the proper venue to post HiJackThis logs. There are sites
that will examine/diagnose it for you. That being said you have one
executable running from the \Temp folder. That's highly suspicious &
likely some form of Malware.

I'd recommend you download/update and run Malwarebytes to
test your system:
