Hi... I am having some sort of weird problem...

Windows XP Home Edition SP3
2GB Ram
Pentium Dual-Core E5200 2.5GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4670 512 MB GDDR3

Alrite... There are 5 different users on my pc... When i log in to my user i get this error message...

This only happens when i am logged into my user... How can i fix this??
