Winkcdi.exe program

I keep getting an error in this (winkcdi.exe) program.
I'm running XP home edition. Does anyone have any idea as
to what this is or what it does? Or how to fix it?

The file, as you have typed it (winkcdi.exe), is not found in a Google
search. Therefore, it is not likely to be a part of Windows. What are you
running when you see the error message?
