My computer starts u
It goes to the Windows Starting Up scree
After a few seconds the screen goes blac
Then I get a black screen with white text telling me that Windows couldnt load up right, then it tells me a couple of the possible reasons why(power outage, recent hardware/software change
Then it has options to start it up in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking(which is what Im in right now), Safe Mode with Command Prompt, to use the Last Good Known Configuration,or to Start windows normally
I need to know the procedure to use the windows cd to do a repair it
Any help please Thank You

Put the xp cd in the drive, after making sure you can boot from the cd
drive, and boot. The xp cd is bootable. Follow instructions & choose
recovery console or upgrade install.
