Thank you Leonard here is what happen. I d/l a photo from google to my
documents so i can import it to microsoft word for a project. But i misread
it as and added as save to backround which went to my desktop screensaves. I
changed it back to my normal desktop pic but it was still in the drop down
menu. I couldn't find a way to delete it so i did a systems restore to
yesterday. Only message i saw was that it found 1 missing registry and fixed
it. Now when it rebooted widows main page only comes on and the screen is
black. There is no sign on screen.Thats why i wanted to see if i can undo the
system restore. Thank you for any help

I asked for "the complete and exact text" of any error messages you are
seeing because that can provide important information.

Based on your vague description, it appears as though you downloaded
something from the internet that was infected with malware. Your
security software alerted you to the damage the malware was causing. Now
your system is compromised by malware and no longer functioning.

If I guessed correctly, your next step is to try to remove the malware.
Undoing a restore point won't help. If you feel comfortable with
following technical directions we can help you download software that
might be able to remove the malware. Otherwise I suggest showing your
computer to a professional.
