after i turn my computer on, a screen comes up saying that
there is some problem with windows loading up. if i choose
to go with safe mode, it comes back to this screen. if i
choose to go to the last known working windows setup, it
goes back to this screen. if i choose to go with normal
mode, same thing happens. what should i do?
