Windows XP Tablet edition CD's

Is there a way to purchase the Windows XP Tablet edition CD's? I want to
reinstall the OS without doing a complete restore.
 
You'll need to contact the manufacturer of your Tablet PC
for assistance. Microsoft does not offer replacement of
OEM installation CDs.
