Windows XP Stop error

I need some help badly!!!

I have a laptop that is running XP SP2. I hibernated it last night, and
when I restarted it this morning, I got an error saying that windows had
detected an error. It gave me several options, but no matter which option is
chosen, I get the same blue screen. I'm unable to start in safe mode, safe
mode with command prompt, can't go back to last known configuration. I tried
starting it with a boot disk, and the same thing happen, whether I try to
repair windows, or reinstall. Here's the error I'm getting:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.

If this is a the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your
computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup
utilities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated
drives. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart
your computer.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0xF78C680C, 0xF78C6508, 0xF7B5F1FC)

*** Ntfs.sys - Address F7B5F1FC base at F7B52000, DateStamp 41107eea)

I've run a full system diagnosis, and all hardware checks out, HD and RAM
included. Can anyone please help me???

Have you run CHKDSK /F as suggested in the error message?

Two of the main causes of this specific error are:
- corrupted data on the hard drive, which will be detected and fixed
by CHKDSK /F
- mechanical problems with the hard drive itself, which need to be
confirmed by the disk (not the computer) manufacturer's diagnostic
test, and then the hard drive likely needs to be replaced.

In its present condition you have a few alternatives for running
CHKDSK /F:
1. If you have a Windows XP Installation CD (not a System Recovery
disk provided by the computer manufacturer) then you can boot with
this and choose the Repair (Recovery Console) option.
2. If both the problem computer and the computer you are using have a
3.5 inch diskette drive then you can download a set of bootable
diskette images from http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=310994
Create the diskettes and then use these to boot the problem computer.
3. If the computer you are using has a CD burner (or DVD burner)
drive then you can create a bootable Windows XP CD using Bart's PE
Builder from http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ and use that CD to boot the
problem computer. When it has booted open a Command Prompt window.

If running CHKDSK /F does not fix the problem then you need to
determine the actual manufacturer of the hard drive, go to their web
site and download their free diagnostic test utility. Run this to
check out the drive for possible hardware problems, which most likely
mean that the drive needs to be replaced. However in some instances
these diagnostic tests can actually fix, or tell you how to fix, a
problem with the drive that CHKDSK cannot repair.

Good luck
