Windows boot problem

My system rebooted itself, and then continued to reboot itself. I tried safe
mode and all other options with ni resolution. When I tried recovery console,
I get error message: STOP: 0x00000024 ( 0x001902fe, 0xf...,0xf...,0xf...)
Ntfs.sys - address F70c2f81 base at F7073000 Date astamp 41107eea

Anyone know how I can fix system. Have tried reinstall and that even throws
the same error message

Thanks,

Tried all of these, but even chkdsk wouldn't fix it. It gave error msg about
fatal error. I can view the files under Westerndigital disk management, but
cannot get it to boot. Do you know of any other suggestions?

Tnx

Is it possible to replace the ntfs.sys file with a clean version from the
windows cd. Or would that corrupt the system more?
