Please experts, hope you can gently use a bit of your time to help me with
this issue.

First, my config: intel dual core 3.2ghz, ASUS motherboard P5VD2-X, 128mb
graphic card geforce 62000 tc, 1GB RAM.
My winxp has all the updates. I recently ran a hardware performance test
during a whole weekend and nothing wrong was detected.
Somehow, even with light softwares running, the win restarts. I configured
to not restart automatically and the blue screen shows this:
STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0XF7A538DC,0XF7A535D8, 0XF72C39C4)

NTFS.SYS - ADDRESS F72C39C4 base at F729D000, DATESTAMP 45cc56a7

What should it be? Hardware? sofware?

Thanks for every help...

It's most likely a failing hard drive. Get the manufacturer's diagnostic
software if possible, to be sure.
