Stop Error

Hi Folks!

I just tried to install a USB card and now my computer
will not get past the Windows XP Home Screen. A blue
screen appears, but the computer reboots so fast I can't
get a read on the error. I pulled the card, checked the
video and sound cards, swapped them and the error still
appears.

I tried the Recovery disk with Windows Xp and came across
this stop error:

0x00000024 (0x001902F8,0xf7cb2704,0xf7cb2404,0xf74c0411)
ntfs.sys Address f74c0411 base at f7452000, datestamp
3b7dc5d0

Any help?
