I have downloaded the SP3 and when I start up the computer a message comes in
saying that I have no Firewall on. But the Security Center show the firewall
is on, the authomatic updates is on and the antivirus is on. How can I fix
this ?

Disconnect the PC from the Internet.
Turn the Windows Firewall off.
Reboot and verify the firewall is still off.
Now turn the firewall back on.
Reboot one more time and then connect
to the Internet.

Never seen this message, I'm wondering if it's from a third party program.
Might be from a legit security package, but could also be from a bogus
firewall.

Run msconfig, and see what's being launched at startup.

A more comprehensive scan can be done with autoruns.exe from the
sysinternals site. In this, select 'hide microsoft entries' to show only the
third-party ones.
