I purchased Windows XP Professional. If I purchase a new
computercan I uninstall it from my old computer and
install it on my new computer?

Yes, as long as its not an OEM version, you can remove it from the old system and re-install on the new one.

This is only allowed if the XP Pro is the retail package.
OEM versions cannot be moved from the machine where
first installed. You may need to use phone activation.
