Windows XP Professional X64 Edition Update SP2 Access denied

Dear,

Could someone help me with problem, why the sistem does not let to install
the SP2 update on my computer. When I select the update I starts installing,
but then at the end I get the error: Access is denied.

You receive an "Access is denied" error message when you try to install
