Windows XP Pro

I had Windows XP Pro installed on a machine that was previously running on
NT4. It seems to be working fine except that I lost my address book and all
the e-mails, new and deleted. I figure they are there someware. Can someone
tell me where or how to look.

If you are using Outlook Express, do a search for *.dbx file and that is the
location where they are. Just copy those and paste them in c:\documents and
settings\user\local settings\application data\identities\{}\Microsoft\outlook
express and it will work. As far as the address book, look for a *.pab.
