Why after I install SP2, the system freezing in booting process? I try twice
with different Windows and different SP and the result was the same.

You almost certainly need new drivers.

Before attempting to install SP2, first make sure the system meets all
minimum specifications. If so, then check all your hardware vendors
for new XP compatible drivers, i.e., the system board, the CD
drive(s), modem, etc., -- but most especially the video card.

Updating to the latest drivers usually takes care of things. At least
that's been my experience.
