I can't get my windows to boot anymore! It goes through the
logo screen with the blue bar loading, and then gives me a
message that says "autochk program not found - SKIPPING
AUTOCHECK"

After that, I get a dark blue screen with white writing:

Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process
terminated unexpectdly with a status of 0xc000003a
(0x00000000 0x00000000)
The System has been shut down.

After that All I can do is reboot. I can't seem to get
anything in the recover console to fix, and I really want
to avoid a re-install if necessary...any ideas?

Are you running GoBack? Can you get into Safe Mode?
