blue screen after installing linux - stop: c000021a

after installing linux UBUNTU and i try to boot windows XP i get blue
screen that says:

autocheck program not found - skipping autocheck

STOP: 0xc000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a. The system has been shut
down.
