Windows XP PRO will not boot

Awhile back I reinstalled Windows XP Pro but I forgot to disconnect my
printer. Now everytime I boot up my computer, the computer will NOT boot
unless the printer is on. Is there any place I can go into Windows to change
the way my computer boots? Or do I have to reinstall Windows again? Thanks
for any help you could give me on this matter.
 
Why don't you boot your pc and uninstall the printer restart the computer
with printer unattached, then reinstall the printer.
