Windows XP Pro Install

Hello,

To any sweet soul who can help me..this is the problem.

I build a new computer, boots up and all is fine. Put in
windows xp pro upgrade cd..it gets to the part "this
portion of setup has completed successfully.
if there is a floppy in disk drive a:, remove it.
To restart your computer, press enter.
When your computer restarts set up will continue.

The computer restarts and begins the set up again, its
virtually looping over and over. This is a xp pro upgrade
retail cd.

Any suggestions?

Try removing the Windows XP CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive when Setup restarts
