Windows XP Pro Compatiblity

Hello,

I am looking to buy a new computer but am stuck buying a
rack mounted 1U server because of the physical conditions
of the area.

Can anyone tell me if Windows XP is compatible with a Dell
PowerEdge 750 Server. Here are the config details.

I wanted an opinio from someone experienced with WinXP
before I continue with the purchase.

The configuration you describe is certainly compatible with XP.
But for the most accurate answer on compatibility, why not ask
Dell?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Actually I asked Dell 3 times. The
sales person always evaded the question and would never
give me a definitivea answer. I figured it was yes since
it is an Intel chip but I wanted to shoot out the question
just in case.

I belived he wouldn't answer because it was not a
dell-offered installation offer so he didn't want to
encourage a self-installation.
