Windows XP Pro - DNS or Wins Server

Can Win XP Pro act as a WINS server. Norton Antivirus Corp
needs name resolution. I have mostly Windows 98 Clients, 1
XP Pro PC and a old Novell 3.2 server. I know I can use
LMHOSTS or HOSTS file but I am using DHCP and addresses
are not static. Is there a service that will turn an XP
computer into a DNS or WINS server. I can't see any other
PC's from the Windows XP machine.

No, Windows XP does not have a Wins or DNS server service. You may do a
google search nad find a 3rd party DNS service that will run on XP though.
