Set DNS for corp Windows clients when using public networks

I'm assuming the Windows client will pull it's DNS settings from a DHCP server while on the corporate network. What I'm trying to do is figure out a way to set the DNS server on that same client when they are NOT on the corporate network. As an example, when my laptop is NOT on the corporate network, I want my DNS set to Google - 8.8.8.8.
I'm not a Win guy....so any help appreciated.
