windows xp pro boot disk

I have a duel boot system and have a "ntldr" file missing
message when i try to boot my windows xp pro drive.
I have tried to download the floppy boot disk from
microsofts download site but it will not allow me to use a
1.44 mb floppy disk. I have tried to copy it to a cdrw but
it will not alow that.
I need help in either replacing the NTLDR missing file or
better yet some help in making a set of boot disk for
windows xp pro, on a floppy disk.

COMMENT:
I am so sick and tired of this XP operating system , there
is always something going wrong with it.Bill Gates made a
real bad one here.

Boot with your windows xp cd. hit are for repair log in and copy ntldr from
the i386 folder to to the root of c:
