XP PRO SP2 Boot Disk to flash bios

I tried to install XP Pro SP2 on my computer but receive error message as
system files are being coppied. Solution seems to be to flash the bios. The
hard drive was partitioned and formatted. I need to boot from a floppy with
the bios installer added to the boot disk. Can I use any OS boot disk since
there is no OS on the hardrive, or should I use a disk from the SP Pro SP2 6
disk set? Would this be disk 1?

Use a Windows 98 boot disk.

Quite a lot if theres a problem with a setting in the bios, for example how
it detects and handles your HDD.

Text in the OP would suggest that HDD handling is not a problem in this
case..
