Windows XP privacy

Hello, I have my computer which I share with other
people, I would like to keep all my history, activity in
the Internet, records, downloads, pictures, etc.,
completely separated from them, how do I do that, do I
need a password?
I am using Windows XP
and I have my own Icon with all my stuff in it.
Please let me know as soon as possible.
