Windows XP Password

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to override an XP
password needed when you first turn on your computer. It says user 1
and then wants a password and noone seems to know it or remember it.

a password be in the first place? Next time you visit
an ATM, try withdrawing some funds without your PIN number.
