Windows XP new install & MsOffice

Since you are "double" booting Windows Xp and Windows 98, within the same
drive, you will need to re-install ALL applications that you were using in
Windows 98 into XP. However, you can not have two Windows (different
directories) access one common application. The individual registries are
separate.

The only way to use your office products is to reinstall them under XP.
