I am purchasing a new computer with XP. I will be
transfering my current files from Windows 98. My Excel and
Word files were on Office 95. If I purchase the newest
version of MSOffice, will I have any trouble using the
files created with my MSOffice 95?

should not be causing n-e prob, there is a conversion
tool...

Just open the files. Excel and Word will notice and deal with. Will
even ask you if you would like the files to be converted.

There are never guarantees, but there is no reason to expect any
problems at all.
