msoffice file conversion problam

i have some problam in msoffice documents, problam is.... i m open ms word
or ms excel file but it asking file conversion n i dont see my save
document... my documents save in english language but msoffice open unknown
codes .....please help me what can i do......thanks

First, you need to provide more detailed information, such as the version(s)
of the Office components you are using, and the version with which the
documents were created. If it's a case of language differences, you need to
provide details on that as well. In addition, you need to quote any error
messages you receive exactly and completely.

When you have all the needed information, then you should post in a
discussion group devoted to Office, not in this .NET programming group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Office
and Desktop Applications.
In Office and Desktop Applications, find and open the either the Excel or
the Word category and
find a group there to post in.
