Windows XP new install driver issue (i think)

After my chicks computer crashed due to viruses. I installed XP professional
on her machine that was running XP home. I cant connect to the internet and
a bunch of the drivers are not working including the cable modem. When I
open the device manager I get a few of those little yellow question marks
over 10 items: Audio device on High definition Audio Bus, 3 for Base System
Device, Ethernet Controller, Modem on High definition Audio Bus, Network
Controller, SM Bus controller, Video Conroller, and Video Controller (VGA).

I cant connect to the interwebs to allow windows to find a fix on its own
and she doesn't have the drivers. How can I make her computer work again
without pulling out my hair any further. Please help.

Did she get a Software CD with the PC. If yes, the drivers should be
on there. If not, then try and find out the make and model # of the
Motherboard and Chipset. From
what you said she needs NIC driver, Video Card Driver, Audio Driver.
