Windows XP - Missing files.

I keep getting the following errors when I run Norton
Utilities Windoctor. Can anyone help me please?

Missing file: "C:\Program Files\common
Files\Installshield\Proffesional\RunTime\0700\Intel32\

NetInstaller.exe"
cannot acces a nessecary file, "mscoree.dll."

[The Unknown P]

I had WinDoctor along with all the Norton Utilities and
quickly found out that using them caused XP to run slower
and the speed disk actually fragmented the drive instead
of optimizing it. In short the Norton Utilities have
become garbage. I do recommend Norton Anti-Virus but that
is the only product from Symantec that is presently any
good. Keep smiling.

You forget to mention the only one good item on Norton
Utility, that is "GoBack" . It beats XP's system-restore
by 1000%. So, uninstall Norton-Utilities, but keep GoBack
and disable XP's System-restore and you will be happy.
