I can't find my cd case with my product code for Microsoft word, can anybody
help me with an Idea how to get back into those important programs? I have
the product code that was on the side of the computer itself, but it's not
working, and i'm not sure what to do???

So - I assume Microsoft Word is not working.

Do you have Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint as well?
If not - look for your code for Microsoft Works. That may be what you need.

If you do have the whole set, and you have lost the key for it.. And it is
not up and working now - then I am afraid you will be likely buying it
again.

What do you mean by "get back in"? Is it installed? If not and you're trying
to install a version that needs a product key and you don't have one, you're
out of luck.

That's the product key for Windows. It won't help you with Word or Office.

Sorry, but losing the product key, if you haven't installed the product, is
losing the product itself. You'll need to buy another copy.

If Word is still installed on your computer download the Belarc advisor and
run it, it should find the key.
