After one of my sons tried to view a video on my hp laptop
and it ran the battery low it won't boot. While
attempting to boot a system error message appears naming
the lsass.exe file. It says while looking for an updated
password it found an erroneous one and it starts to reboot
again. I didn't have a password in the first place and
have been told by hp that I will have to do a system
restore thus loosing all of my data. Is there a way to
repair this without giving up all of my files?
