I have recently installed a new hard drive in my system.
After installing Windows XP my system boots up alright
but after connecting to the internet I get a message
that "The system Process 'c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe
terminated unexpectedly with status code 1073741819

Yes, you have that worm! It only takes a few seconds of being on the
internet, unprotected by a firewall, to be infected. After you reformate,
and before going on the internet, install a firewall. I use Agnitum's
Outpost. After your firewall is up and running, then go on the internet,
download and install all of Windows updates and patches.
