We Live For The One We Die For The One

Just would like a change from the normal one, seen some but how do i
set a new one up ?

you can change the way you log on to windows, which will also change the appearence, by going into your User Accounts
To do this, click Start>Control Panel>scroll down to User Accounts
You can also apply a picture to your specific user, follow the same instructions for accessing your user account, then click on your name. You'll see some options that you can select to personalize your User Account.
 
Other person recommended ThemeXP going to try that :)
