Windows XP login slow

Hi,

I am facing problem on Windows XP which takes very long time to log on to
the network. The server is windows server 2003 with active directory.

I am also face problem that contacting to the domain controller (from event
viewer).

How do I solve this problem?

You haven't really given us enough information to get a specific answer.
However, from your brief description, I'd suggest looking at your dns
settings. The server should look to itself for dns with forwarding
zone(s) set up appropriately for Internet access (if you have it). Then
all workstations should look to the server for dns, with a different
Internet gateway set (again, if this is appropriate for you).
