Does it boot up okay in Safe Mode?

If so then here are a couple of things to try:

1. Right-click on "My Computer" and select Manage.
Expand the Event Viewer category (click on the + symbol) and browse
through each of the 3 event categories looking for red-flagged error
records who's date and time stamps correspond to your reboots. Double
click on an error record to see the details of that error. Post the
error details back here if you need assistance with that.

2. Open Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on the Settings
button in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section. In the Startup
and Recovery window click on the checkbox for "automatically restart"
so as to clear it, then click on Apply and OK as needed to exit.

That may stop the reboots. However they just might be replaced by
"Blue Screen Of Death" STOP messages requiring a manual power off and
restart. In that event the contents of the STOP message, including
all of the parameters, will be a direct clue as to the underlying
cause of the problem. Post that information back here if you need
further advice or assistance.

Good luck
