Windows XP Integrated CD

Hello can anyone tell me how to create A Integrated cd simular to windows xp
& service pack 1 which I Was able to integrate into one .....but I Would
like to combine into one [integrate] now..with my created Windows XP SP1
With all the hotfixes and patches etc. into one.....can anyone tell me how
to do this?
