obtaining updates/hotfixes to slipstream into windows XP SP2

Hi,

I want to make a custom windows xp setup cd with SP2 and the latest
hotfixes. I can "integrate" SP2 into my setup files okay,
so that isn't a problem. I gather that hotfixes/updates can be integrated in
a similar way, however I cannot find a source of the individual updates.
I remember being able to do this from the windows update site a couple of
years ago but now as I am working from vista it just tells me where to get
vista updates! :p . In particular I want to get the minimum number of
updates (i.e. I don't want to waste time integrating superceeded updates) to
fix SP2. Note that I have tried the RyanVM tools but they won't work on
Vista. Given the option I'd rather download hotfixes straight from microsoft
aswell if possible. Any ideas what I could do?

Thanks,

I need something more specific, I need hotfix files to integrate into a
setup CD of windows XP SP2.

Thanks,

It's a pretty tedious thing to do, but you can create a fresh Windows
installation, go to the Windows Update website, scan for needed updates,
then click on the links for each item. Every single one will eventually
lead you to a file download link if you look hard enough.

Once you've gathered all the updates you can slipstream them onto your
CD.

Although I'm sure there's a third-party site out there that catalogs the
current updates (in fact, I seem to remember something of that sort
either on or linked to unattended.msfn.org), I don't think anything on
Microsoft except the Windows Update scan will compile the entire list in
one place.

Sorry Frank, I don't have any pointers on how to figure out which ones
you'll need and which are superseded.
