As first sorry for bad English. As second:
I have: Soyo SY7VBA133, PIII 600MHz, 320 Mb SDRAM,HDD WD
20 Gb, GeForce II MX400 64Mb, Modem Conexant Soft 56k, CD
LG 52X, CDRW Lite-On 40X12X48X. I tried to install
Windows XP and instalation stops at 32 minutes till
end,and then nothing. The only thing i can do is to
restart my computer (not Ctrl+Alt+Del, i must press button
on case). I have been changing every part in computer
except monthboard and processor and same problem again.
What could be the problem?BIOS?(Would flashing BIOS help?)
What can I do?Give me some ideas. Did You have same
problems?
PS. Does anybody have this monthboard and XP?
Thanks.

"Simplify" is often the key. Suggestions:
**If that board has a built in controller (for IDE 3 and 4), disable it
until the installation is finished. Before re-enabling, make sure XP has
drivers for it or download drivers to have them available in case XP
prompts you for them.
**If you normally overclock, drop the board back to default settings for
the XP installation.
**Try the installation with only one CD drive attached. Add the second one
later.
**Most XP CDs include a copy of the Upgrade Advisor. You can run that from
the CD. If the BIOS or any of your devices are problematic, the advisor
should show them in a list of potential problems.
